They provide support to the management and coaching teams, as the team works together to provide each guest with a valuable experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, registrations, and daily check-ins.
  • Welcome clients with warmth and efficiency, ensuring smooth transitions into programs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting facility—including opening/closing procedures and court setups.
  • Accurately manage client records for attendance, payments, and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with staff to support events, camps, and consistent program delivery.

Sales & Program Growth

  • Support enrollment and retention through client engagement and outreach.
  • Engage with current and prospective clients to promote programs and membership options.
  • Recommend packages, private sessions, or upgrades based on client interests and goals.
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales and retention goals through follow-ups and lead conversion.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, community events, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Support scheduling, inventory, and operational planning to maximize program efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in guest/customer service and adapting communication styles accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and extremely attentive to details.
  • Consistently responsive, able to use creative thinking and resourcefulness when presented with a new or ambiguous situation.
  • Proficiency and comfort with different computer and technology systems; knowledge of Google Suite, MindBody, and HubSpot a plus.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and use appropriate discretion.
  • Interest in learning new skills, and taking on new responsibilities when appropriate.
