About Us:

James Christian Cosmetics is a premier medical aesthetics practice dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through advanced cosmetic treatments and personalized care. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Injectables Specialist to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Injectables Specialist will be responsible for performing cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, while providing exceptional patient care and delivering natural, beautiful results. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, patient-focused, knowledgeable about facial anatomy, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, Xeomin®, and dermal fillers.
  • Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and treatment eligibility.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare instructions, and maintenance plans.
  • Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments, such as Morpheus8 and Microneeding, and other non-surgical cosmetic services within scope of practice.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, techniques, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the medical and administrative team to provide an exceptional patient experience.


Qualifications

  • Active Florida PA, NP, or other applicable professional license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of cosmetic injection experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Botox and dermal filler treatments.
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and sales skills.
  • Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor.
  • Experience with EMR systems and medical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced injectable techniques, including full-face rejuvenation.
  • Experience performing medical-grade facials and other aesthetic treatments.
  • Existing patient following is a plus.
  • Certifications in aesthetic injectables and advanced training programs preferred.
