Top Notch Marketing Solutions, Inc. has several opening for Sales Representatives to join our growing sales and marketing team. We are one of the newest firms in the Lexington/Nicholasville area! We offer a competitive compensation package, weekly paycheck and room for advancement!
We are planning to double in size throughout the end of 2016 and moving into 2017. We specialize in retail marketing and sales and we apply a customer-friendly, direct, results-driven approach to our marketing research and sales. Because of our proven success and expertise, we continue to expand our client portfolio as we dramatically increase our clients' product exposure, sales and brand recognition. Sales Representatives should be comfortable with face to face sales with customers as this position is not a phone sales role.

At a base level, we train Sales Representatives to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the Lexington/Nicholasville business market. On a management level, we acts as an advisory agent to marketing firms within the organization as well as prepares recently-promoted Managing Partners to oversee new markets and campaigns.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution.
  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
