Reporting To: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Transparency: $50,400/yr.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Work Arrangement: On-Site

The anticipated starting salary range for California based individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,400/yr.

Audacy offers employees who are eligible for benefits with a comprehensive benefits package which includes: a health care coordinator, medical, dental, vision, mental health, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, disability, life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, paid time off (sick, flex-time away/vacation days, personal, parental, volunteer), 401(k) retirement plan, legal assistance, life assistance program, identity theft protection, discounted home and auto insurance, and pet insurance.

Audacy is seeking a high-energy Sales Project Manager to serve as operational support of our sales team. This is a role for a bright, proactive self-starter who thrives in the pace of media and entertainment and takes genuine satisfaction in keeping complex, fast-moving work on track.

Acting as the team's Sales Project Manager you will partner closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to coordinate priorities, streamline workflow, and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and, when appropriate, clients. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and comfortable navigating a variety of personalities and priorities without losing momentum.

If you love the energy of a dynamic media workplace, take pride in flawless execution, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when things get busy, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for the sales team, managing projects, building proposals, and keeping campaigns moving forward on schedule.
  • Support Sales Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day project management, deadline tracking, and follow-through across competing priorities.
  • Build, maintain, and update sales materials, presentations, proposals, and recap decks with a high standard of accuracy and polish.
  • Manage CRM system information and pipeline reporting in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and clean handoffs between teams.
  • Coordinate order entry, traffic, and campaign execution in partnership with traffic, production, and operations teams using Wide Orbit and related platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, programming, digital, and finance teams to keep cross-functional initiatives aligned.
  • Track key sales metrics, prepare reports, and surface insights that help leadership make faster, sharper decisions.
  • Coordinate client-facing logistics where appropriate, including meetings, events, follow-ups, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively solve problems before they become issues.

More About You:

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, account management, or a comparable operational role — media, entertainment, or advertising experience is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously without dropping detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the polish and judgment to interact with senior leaders, sales talent, and clients.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM); familiarity with Wide Orbit or other broadcast traffic systems strongly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset where you are comfortable taking initiative, asking the right questions, and operating with minimal supervision.
  • Composure under pressure and a sense of humor when the pace picks up.
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
