Our Senior Program Manager requires specialized knowledge and experience in PMO processes and methodologies to support the responsibility of identifying complex opportunities with the highest return on investment, leading teams to create scalable programs, and synthesizing internal and external feedback to drive ongoing improvements. This role provides an opportunity to strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that align to organizational objectives. Develops program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Maintains organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversees multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Manages budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
Responsibilities
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation, improvements and best practices.

  • Maintain/Identify organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

  • Leads project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

  • Create and maintain executive level program reporting, scorecards and dashboards

  • Owns complex program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

  • Lead programs with high level of risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

  • Lead others to analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Minimum of ten (10) years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with leadership level program management experience, PMP or PPM certifications)

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, indirect and direct influencing skills

  • Expert working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

  • Previous stakeholder management skills related to complex concepts

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software is preferred

  • Proven proposal writing experience is preferred

Estimated base salary range: $95,100 - $146,300 USD/annually.
The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
