PROGRAM COORDINATORTUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA
As a member of the Seating Team, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the program management teams with change management, build tracking and launch readiness. This position will also require the ability to logically work through issues, understand the general market and effectively communicate to both internal and external stakeholders.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
  • Change management to ensure supplier contract accuracy.
  • Part ordering and build status to ensure successful pre-series builds.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and plant staff to ensure build milestones are met.
  • Program development phase signoff responsible to ensure applicable parties are meeting their goals throughout development phase.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • 1-3 Years of sales and/or program experience focused on direct OEM accounts.
  • Experience in change management

Bonus If You Have:
  • Seating experience
  • European OEM experience
