Base Pay: $3,000 per month plus commission
Employment Type: W9 / 1099 Independent Contractor

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and polished Sales Manager to join our luxury aesthetics and wellness brand. This role is based at a single spa location and is ideal for individuals who excel in face-to-face sales, client relationship building, and delivering premium experiences.

As a Sales Manager, you will work directly with spa guests to educate them on treatments and skincare solutions while driving revenue through thoughtful recommendations. You will play a key role in maintaining high sales performance while upholding the brand's elevated service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage spa guests and provide personalized consultations on aesthetic treatments and skincare products

  • Drive in-spa revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services, packages, and retail products

  • Build strong relationships with returning clients to encourage repeat visits and package upgrades

  • Collaborate closely with estheticians, nurses, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience

  • Meet daily and monthly individual sales targets

  • Maintain a professional presence that reflects a luxury brand environment

  • Accurately document sales activities and client interactions as required
