Position Summary:Job Summary: The Senior Sales Ops Analyst is part of the Revenue Operations Organization in sales-facing role responsible for facilitating commercial transactions from quote to booking. This position serves as the subject matter expert on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contractual negotiations, and contractual compliance. The Senior Sales Ops Analyst will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to accelerate deal velocity, minimize risk, maximize revenue, and ensure operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for structuring, reviewing, and approving non-standard deals, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and internal governance.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize deal terms and maximize revenue while minimizing risks.

  • Provide guidance on pricing strategies, discounting, and contract structures to meet customer needs.

  • Facilitate approvals for complex deals and ensure timely execution of contracts.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline deal desk operations.

  • Demonstrate a continuous ability to work with sensitive and confidential information

  • Serve as an additional flex resource to Revenue Operations teams to manage high volumes

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; Juris Doctorate a plus.

  • Strong familiarity with subscription-based pricing models and contract structures.

  • Experience in working cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams.

  • Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), redlining experience required.

  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written) with excellent organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of pricing tools, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions, or other sales enablement platforms.

  • Experience with Salesforce

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presencerequiredat ourMinneapolisoffice (2 days a week in office)
