Job description

Responsible for driving aspects of Sales Operations for one of Acxiom's three Divisions - Connectivity, Audience Solutions and Marketing Services or Corporate Shared Services. This role will serve as a key member of each divisional sales leadership team, and a trusted partner to the entire division. The role of Sales Ops Analyst, reporting to the Head of Global Sales Operations will drive reporting, analytics and standards around bookings and pipeline, as well as contribute to revenue forecasting, compensation planning, sales target setting and deal reviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a partner for a Divisional Sales team, working across sales, anticipating challenges and presenting solutions to support Acxiom's business objectives
  • Drive planning activities and implement improvement initiatives to optimize results and improve efficiency
  • Produce and analyze tactical sales force productivity measurement activities
  • Analyze sales trends and performance, develop and produce performance metrics dashboards and operational packages in an effort to identify areas of improvements and drive resolution
  • Participate in the development, implementation and automation of critical business processes and tools used to track sales process, forecasting, pipeline management and performance
  • Optimize customer/account targeting and ensure alignment of territories to maximize effectiveness of the sales force
  • Drive decisions related to attainment of sales compensation on defined pay for performance payout frequencies

QUALIFICATIONS
  • You thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, but can also be extremely detailed oriented
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
  • BS or BA degree required
  • SaaS experience, specifically salesforce.com, strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and contribution to both creating and executing business strategies
  • Great communication skills both internally and externally. Experience in developing and making formal presentations to executive management. Ability to negotiate extremely critical matters and influence people / outcomes.
  • Smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)
