Job description

QTS is seeking a Manager of Revenue Reporting and Analytics to work from our Duluth, GA office location.

The Manager, Revenue Reporting and Analytics will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key sales data and financial metrics to drive GTM strategy for the sales team, measure sales performance and optimize internal processes. This role supports the Sales Ops Business Partners, Sales Ops team and Sales Leaders through providing insights, analysis, and bench marking so that those leaders can develop and execute on a GTM sales strategy that creates exceptional outcomes. This role will lead the analysts on the reporting and analytics team and report to the Director of Sales Operations.

The Manager, Revenue Reporting and Analytics will leverage Salesforce and other software tools to build scalable reporting and analytics processes and systems that measure and evaluate sales performance and productivity and identify productivity enhancement opportunities. The team leader will lead a team of analysts to deliver timely reports and provide insights that lead to better strategic decision making. This Reporting & Analytics team will establish a regular cadence of reporting on KPIs and other sales metrics as well as perform ad hoc analyses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide detailed, accurate reporting and analysis to identify opportunities to enhance sales performance, efficiently scale for growth, and support sales executive strategic decision making.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reporting dashboards and analytics to track KPIs such as pipeline, bookings, revenue, sales activity, and other critical metrics

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; communicate findings and recommendations to sales ops business partners and sales leadership

  • Partner with the sales team to understand reporting requirements and develop custom reports to meet their needs

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company's sales reporting tools and systems

  • Implement data governance processes to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of sales data

  • Train and support the sales team on how to leverage reporting and analytics to drive their activities

  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales analytics and reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and other departments to provide a holistic view of the business

  • Manage a team of sales operations analysts and coordinators to execute on reporting and analytics initiatives

  • Support internal teams in automating, digitizing and refining customer data across all core systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday and QTS Service Delivery Platform) and key business reports (monthly bookings for example)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing and developing a team of analysts

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales operations, business intelligence, or analytics role

  • Proficient in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, CRMA)

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and sales reporting software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in business, finance, or data analytics

  • Prior experience in a data center or real estate environment

  • Prior experience in sales or revenue analysis

  • Demonstrated interest in applying AI and advanced analytics to revenue insights, forecasting, and decision support

  • Experience exploring or implementing AIdriven use cases such as predictive forecasting, pipeline risk scoring, anomaly detection, or automated insights

  • Experience in partnering with Sales Ops, Salesforce, and Finance teams to evaluate and adopt emerging AI capabilities that improve data quality, speed, and decisionmaking
