Job description

Simplyblock sells high-performance storage infrastructure to large enterprises, with SDRs running outbound into the US and DACH markets and Account Executives closing complex deals. This role owns the machine that connects them. As Sales Operations you will manage the sales process end to end: how leads flow, how SDRs work, how the pipeline is kept honest, and how all of it is measured. The role is based in our Berlin office.

What are the tasks?
  • Own and continuously improve the sales process from first touch to closed deal: stages, qualification criteria, handoffs between SDRs and AEs, and follow-up discipline
  • Manage the SDR team across markets: onboarding, targets, call and sequence quality, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Keep the pipeline honest: CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, deal-stage discipline, and regular pipeline reviews
  • Run the GTM tool stack (Pipedrive, Apollo.io, Salesforge) and its integrations, including sequences, routing, enrichment, and data quality
  • Build the reporting layer: activity, conversion, and pipeline dashboards the founders and AEs actually use
  • Turn what works into playbooks: outbound sequences, qualification scripts, and objection handling that new SDRs can execute from day one
What’s required?
  • 2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or SDR management, ideally in B2B SaaS or infrastructure
  • Experience running or closely managing outbound SDR teams and their metrics
  • Hands-on command of a modern outbound stack: CRM administration, sequencing tools, and data enrichment
  • An analytical approach: you argue with numbers, and you notice when the numbers drift before anyone tells you
  • Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Based in Berlin or able to relocate
What’s nice to have?
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive, Apollo.io, or Salesforge specifically
  • Experience selling to technical audiences: infrastructure, storage, Kubernetes, or DevOps
  • Experience using AI tooling to automate sales workflows
What we offer
  • Real ownership of the sales engine at a company selling to major enterprises
  • Competitive salary
  • Minimal bureaucracy, a flat structure, and direct access to the founders
  • A team culture of transparent communication: no pointless meetings and no participation awards
