Custom Truck One Source has an opening for a Sales Operations Specialist. They will be responsible for providing sales operations support to the RAD team. This includes organizing and overseeing RAD daily business demands to maximize the efficiency in RAD sales operations. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative functions of sales process 
Professionally communicate with Account Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure sales processes are effectively completed 
Identifies current location of asset using Truck Locator App
Creates Equipment Purchase Order's in M3 System.
Effectively communicate across departments to ensure inventory is available to fulfill sales reps' sales opportunities
Research and analyze data to create reporting as needed by the RAD team 
Supports in maintaining the Disposal Asset Master List and ensures data integrity
Accurately analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes and processing.
Accurately and timely prepare and review operational reports
Projects as assigned by manager
Assistance with Rental Asset disposal Inventory issues
Other tasks as needed
