Job description

Sales Operations Lead

Global Movement & Footwear Brand | Austin, Texas | Hybrid

We're partnering with a global barefoot and natural movement footwear brand to find a Sales Operations Lead for their US commercial team, based out of their regional hub in Austin. The US is one of the brand's three anchor markets and its fastest-growing, so this is a role built for someone who wants to bring order, systems, and rigor to a sales org that's scaling fast.

The Role

As Sales Operations Lead, you'll be the connective tissue between sales, ops, and finance - building the processes, reporting, and systems that let the US sales team move fast without losing visibility. You'll report into US sales leadership and work closely with field sales, retail, and operations teams across the region.

This is a hybrid role based in Austin, with regular in-office time expected alongside remote flexibility.

What You'll Own

You'll own sales forecasting and reporting - pulling together weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance data across wholesale, field sales, and key accounts, and turning it into something leadership can actually act on.

You'll manage the systems side of sales: CRM hygiene and adoption, order management workflows, commission and quota tracking, and territory or account data. You'll also support the onboarding process for new wholesale accounts, shop-in-shops, and pop-up activations, making sure nothing falls through the cracks between sales, ops, and finance.

And you'll be a go-to partner for the field sales team, helping them spend more time selling and less time on admin.

What We're Looking For

You have 4-6+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial operations, ideally within footwear, apparel, outdoor, or another wholesale/DTC consumer goods brand.

You're process-minded and detail-oriented, but not rigid - you know how to build structure inside a fast-moving, still-scaling business. You're fluent in CRM and sales systems, comfortable in spreadsheets, and know how to turn messy data into a clear story. You're a natural cross-functional collaborator who can work with sales, finance, and ops without needing everything spelled out.

Title: Sales Operations Lead

Location: Austin, Texas - Hybrid

Reports to: US Sales Lead

This Could Be a Fit If…

You love building process where none exists yet.

You're the person people come to when they need a straight answer from the data.

You want to be close to a fast-growing US business without being on the road.

You care about brands with a mission, not just a product.

You're excited to help scale a sales org's foundation, not just maintain it.
