1Plan is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to support and scale our growing services business. This is a hands-on, "Swiss Army knife" role responsible for driving sales enablement, sales operations, partner engagement, and program execution across our services portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and excels at turning ideas into action.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Lead sales operations and sales enablement initiatives for the 1Plan services organization.
  • Manage relationships with buying groups, strategic partners, industry partners, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Administer and manage services sales incentive and compensation programs.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop sales playbooks, training materials, presentations, and other enablement content.
  • Design and optimize sales processes, partner onboarding programs, and lifecycle management workflows.
  • Support channel recruitment, enablement, training, and growth initiatives.
  • Track program performance, maintain reporting, and identify opportunities to improve sales productivity.
  • Provide general sales administration and project management support across the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Channel Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly accountable.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools preferred.
