The Sales Operations Data & Systems Lead architects the technical foundation and data strategy powering our global sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will eliminate seller friction by owning GTM tech stack management, building high-integrity workflows, leading continuous Salesforce data cleanup initiatives, and deploying AI-driven solutions. You will directly fuel top-of-funnel growth by designing data pipelines for sourcing and enriching new accounts. As the primary steward of our GTM technology, you will architect robust reporting frameworks to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem remains a scalable, well-governed system of record that drives revenue productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Systems Engineering & Tech Stack Management
  • Architecture: Lead the technical configuration and governance of Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (Openprise, Clay, etc.)
  • Automation & AI: Architect and maintain advanced automations using AI to reduce manual work and streamline account sourcing, enrichment, and routing
  • GTM Tools Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM tools, from vendor selection and integration to user provisioning and ticket-based troubleshooting

2. Data Strategy & Governance
  • Automated Data Integrity: Build scalable cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment workflows across all GTM data sources
  • Governance Frameworks: Establish policies to improve data quality, governance, and cross-platform alignment
  • ICP Signal Capture: Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) into technical signals to capture high-quality, actionable data for outbound teams

3. Process Optimization
  • Friction Reduction: Redesign Opportunity management, approval flows, and renewal/expansion handoffs to increase seller productivity
  • Change Management: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document SOPs, and conduct training to ensure high adoption of GTM tools and Salesforce system enhancements

4. Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Technical Advisory: Serve as the Sales Operations team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data transformation, translating data into business solutions for stakeholders
  • Performance Metrics: Develop dashboards and KPIs to track system health, data quality trends, and the ROI of automation initiatives

Sales Planning Data Projects: cross-functional GTM leadership to execute data projects focused on TAM enrichment, white-space analysis, and strategic account segmentation.
WHO YOU ARE
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex, fast-paced environment (certifications a plus)
  • Highly preferred experience with Openprise, Clay, and/or Tray.io
  • Experience managing sales data tech stack
  • Experience administering and implementing AI-powered tools or workflows in a Go to Marketing Operations / Sales Operations context
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting (Looker, Tableau, advanced Excel, Python, and/or other advanced tools preferred)
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into well-architected system solutions
  • Strong production support mindset, with the ability to balance urgent issues against longer-term platform improvements
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $135,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $102,000 and $153,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
