Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking an Operations Analyst, Sales Operations, to join our team. The International Global Markets Group team conducts business in over 150 countries and represents one of the fastest growing business units within Church & Dwight. The Sales Operations Analyst will be a key member of the Global Markets Group team and will be responsible for supporting and building profitable business around the world.
Work Environment
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Oversee Corporate Sales Operations initiatives for designated global regions, including GMG Master Data for both existing and new customer and vendor support, managing the product portfolio, delivering training on key streamlined processes, and handling reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate indirect vendor payments by working with regional and cross-functional teams to facilitate the creation of purchase order requisitions in SAP and complete goods receipt for the accounts payable team to process payments.
  • Collaborate with regional sales operations, finance leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure that customer price lists are regularly updated.
  • Manage the customer product portfolio for the assigned region by reviewing and addressing all pricing documentation, such as Pricing Appraisal Forms (PAF) or SKU/Price Amendment Forms.
  • Work with the Customer Fulfillment team to manage SKU transitions that affect pending orders and expedite processing.
  • Assist in maintaining resources for regional teams within the Salesforce dashboard.
  • Lead regional refresher training sessions for the assigned region and participate in Corporate Operations-led onboarding and training.
  • Support reporting and analytics efforts using PowerBi and Salesforce.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement and streamline processes across regional teams.

Skills and Competencies
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work under tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills and be detail oriented. A working knowledge of Spanish is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerBi and working knowledge of SAP applications.
  • As this position involves working with personnel overseas, this position requires the ability to work with empathy with global business partners who are often using English as a second language.
  • May require 10% domestic and international travel.

Education and Experience
  • BA/BS required
  • 2+ years in a related field (marketing, sales, international business management).

Compensation and Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $59,400- $84,500. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
