The Lead, Sales Operations will report to the Director, Sales Operations and will be responsible for driving change across the America's by optimizing sales processes, implementing strategies, and ensuring alignment between sales and other functional areas.  The Sales Operations Lead works closely with senior sales, strategic sales & analytics, category planning, and operations teams to ensure that sales initiatives align with the company's growth objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including sales planning, forecasting, and POS attainment
  • Drive improvement to forecasting process to accurately and more efficiently predict future revenue and resource requirements 
  • Drive accuracy of the sales forecast through  
  • Support Information / Technology service partners in the selection, implementation, and management of sales technology solutions, such as sales forecasting tools, sales analytics tools, and sales automation software, to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Drive the adoption, change management, and use of new tools across the sales organization 
  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve sales productivity
  • Latin America: Expand all of the above to Mexico and the rest of Latin America as the business grows and expands 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, change management, or process implementation in a regional or global sales context 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Prior experience in sales with consumer products/consumer durables is preferred 
  • Ability to work cross functionally and under pressure 
  • See change as an opportunity not roadblock 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and AI skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build, develop and maintain solid relationships
