Job description

The Sales Operations Business Partner is responsible for providing the sales organization with the information, content, and tools to ensure the success of the sales teams. The scope of this job includes acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on strategy, recommending improvements and best practices to optimize success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine sales programs, create and manage action plans, and track key performance metrics.
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce to recommend process changes that accelerate deal flow and pipeline growth.
  • Guide accurate and timely forecast submissions using sales processes and tools and facilitate improvements in forecasting tools and methodologies to support market-specific needs.
  • Partner with sales teams and operations to implement effective solutions and support targeted pipeline generation programs.
  • Provide input on quota expectations to the compensation team, understand impacts of the sales compensation plan, and assist in creation and communication of sales campaigns and sales bonus incentive programs.
  • Identify barriers to sales productivity and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Participate in yearly review of sales territories, account assignments, and sales quota.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
