Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all service lines, owning financial performance, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. This executive leader will collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals, streamline processes, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing divisions, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive operational improvements and achieve company goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize scheduling, dispatch, inventory, and resource allocation
  • Lead and mentor managers and supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and local regulations
