Role Summary

The Senior Operations Manager, Revenue Strategy & Analytics, is the analytical and operational engine behind revenue growth for the Meters business. You will build revenue models, analyze performance trends, and lead crossfunctional workstreams that launch new revenue initiatives. This role blends analytics, project management, and operational execution, and works closely with Demand & Planning, Field Service, Client Experience, Finance, and Technology.

This is a highvisibility role for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast and take ownership of meaningful work.

Revenue Ops is a small, highimpact team. You will be the primary analytical and execution support for new revenue initiatives. Your work directly influences revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decisionmaking.

You'll partner closely with:

This role is a launchpad into Revenue Ops, BizOps, FP&A, or operational leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Analytics
  • Build and maintain revenue models, forecasts, and dashboards

  • Analyze pricing, volume, mix, and margin trends

  • Identify revenue opportunities and performance gaps

  • Support monthly and quarterly revenue reviews with insights and recommendations

Revenue Initiative Execution
  • Projectmanage new revenue initiatives from concept through launch

  • Coordinate with Demand & Planning, Field, CX, SC, Finance, and IT to ensure operational readiness

  • Build workflows, SOPs, and documentation for new revenue streams

  • Track initiative performance and ensure accountability across teams

Operational Support
  • Support pricing updates, revenue pilots, and serviceline expansions

  • Build reporting packages and executiveready summaries

  • Assist with adhoc analysis and operational problemsolving

CrossFunctional Leadership
  • Facilitate meetings, timelines, and deliverables

  • Translate revenue strategy into actionable steps for operational teams

  • Ensure alignment and communication across departments

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or MISM preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in consulting, finance, sales operations, or marketing program execution.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytics problems and deliver clear, actionable solutions to leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com data structures.
  • Expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (senior analyst level).
  • Strong background in data analysis (R, SSRS preferred).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern B2B revenue operations models, processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
Preferred
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

  • Exposure to pricing, forecasting, or financial modeling

  • Experience in a fastpaced operations or service environment
