Live-streaming is a key differentiator to set us apart in the competitive e-commerce landscape. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for the live streaming strategies of merchants in key markets. Formulate incentive policies through rights and interests such as traffic, governance/experience, subsidies, commercialization, and merchant live streaming tools, etc., to promote the efficient growth of the industry and merchant live streaming. - Build and improve the product capabilities that help merchants grow, such as merchant tools and data platforms. - Explore and precipitate the growth paths of merchant live streaming for different business types. Continuously improve the business capabilities of merchants through means such as diagnostic analysis tools, output of benchmarking cases, and curriculum development. - Formulate and optimize the platform governance and experience rules that are in line with the development of merchant live streaming to ensure a healthy, orderly, and high-speed development of the business environment.

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related fields. - Proven skills in logical thinking, business analysis ability, systematic thinking and critical thinking ability. - Proven skills in learning ability, execution ability and stress resistance, as well as strong communication and coordination, resource integration ability and project management ability.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
