Job Summary

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support revenue processes, reporting, systems management, and monthโ€‘end accounting activities across the business.

This role works closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure accurate revenue recording, maintain system integrity, support reporting and analysis, and identify opportunities to improve processes and automation. You'll help drive accuracy across the revenue cycle while contributing to initiatives that improve visibility, efficiency, and scalability.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detailโ€‘oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple priorities. This person enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and using data to support better business decisions.

This position is based in our downtown Minneapolis office.

What You'll Do Revenue Operations & Order Management
  • Support client setup and account maintenance within NetSuite
  • Create and maintain sales orders to support accurate revenue recognition, reporting, and analysis
  • Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure revenueโ€‘related data is complete and accurate
  • Support revenue processes across the business while maintaining strong controls and documentation
  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the revenue lifecycle
Revenue Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare recurring revenue reports, variance analysis, and business performance summaries
  • Analyze revenue trends and provide insights to support decisionโ€‘making across departments
  • Perform client account analysis and reconciliations
  • Support management reporting and ad hoc analysis requests
  • Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
Accounting & Monthโ€‘End Support
  • Assist with monthโ€‘end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting support
  • Ensure revenueโ€‘related accounting activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Support revenue analysis and reporting requirements across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with accounting leadership on reconciliation and reporting activities
Systems & Process Improvement
  • Support the administration and enhancement of NetSuite, HubSpot, and related business systems
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Assist with implementation of automation tools and process improvement initiatives
  • Support testing, documentation, and adoption of new systems and enhancements
Crossโ€‘Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Accounting, FP&A, and Accounts Receivable teams on revenueโ€‘related initiatives
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and process updates across stakeholders
  • Support projects that improve workflows, reporting, and business performance
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutionsโ€‘oriented team environment
  • Assist with special projects and other initiatives as business needs evolve
What We're Looking For Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in accounting, finance, revenue operations, business analysis, or related fields preferred
  • Experience supporting reporting, reconciliations, financial analysis, or business operations preferred
  • Experience working with crossโ€‘functional teams in a fastโ€‘paced environment preferred
  • Retail, agency, professional services, or commerce industry experience is a plus
