Operations Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process Customers orders and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales carry out other tasks as requested by managers.
  • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of information contained in all documents, document files, databases, and documentation systems.
  • Able to use own initiative, work under pressure with conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Responsible for providing a positive customer experience that leads to improved satisfaction and sales.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously introducing products that meet the customers’ needs
  • Under the general supervision of the Operation Manager, an Operation Manager Assistant is responsible for maintaining a positive, helpful attitude and approach in providing excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process and ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter, motivated individual that can work from basic direction and not require daily overview.

Qualification for Operation Assistant:

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and independence in carrying out multiple tasks, strong critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make confidentiality decisions, both of a limited and of a broader nature, on own initiative and must complete orders accurately and timely.
  • Ability to effectively respond to a wide range of urgent requests and changes on a regular basis and additional responsibilities based on operational needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to keep others on task.
  • Experience working in with Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Distribution environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity for shipment forwarding / custom declaration is preferred.
  • Bilingual: speak, write and read English and Chinese preferred.
  • Able to work full time, Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.
