Description
Company Overview:
BioStem Technologies is a leading medical technology company focused on advanced wound care and regenerative medicine. We develop and commercialize placental tissue allografts, cutting-edge wound care products, and surgical solutions aimed at improving patient outcomes.
This role owns pricing administration, GPO roster management, quota and territory mechanics, and operational reporting for BioStem's field sales organization. Sitting at the intersection of sales, finance, accounting, and IT, the Sales Operations Analyst builds and maintains the processes and data infrastructure that enable the commercial team to sell and grow effectively.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Pricing Administration & PCL Lifecycle
โ€ข Administer pricing approval workflows and route quotes/deviation requests per defined bands.
โ€ข Maintain account-level price books, price overrides, and effective/expiration dates.
โ€ข Generate Pricing Commitment Letters from approved quotes; track expirations and drive renewal outreach 60 days in advance.
โ€ข Monitor approval queue aging, escalate delays, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
GPO Roster Maintenance & Account Eligibility
โ€ข Ingest and normalize GPO roster files into standard eligibility records across all contracted GPOs.
โ€ข Maintain facility-level roster data (contract ID, dates, tier, confirmation) and reconcile against Definitive Healthcare affiliations.
โ€ข Manage GPO activation workflow for new members: eligibility verification, tier assignment, and pricing application.

โ€ข Administer territory assignments and changes, ensuring complete audit records and in-flight transfer documentation.
โ€ข Coordinate with VP Sales and Regional Directors on boundary changes, vacancy management, and territory attribution.
Reporting & Analytics
โ€ข Produce recurring reports for sales leadership: pipeline health, quota attainment, territory coverage, customer health, PO Tracker status, and other ad hoc reports.
โ€ข Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards to reduce ad hoc reporting volume over time.
โ€ข Partner with Finance/FP&A on forecast handoff, providing clean pipeline and attainment inputs.
โ€ข Maintain accurate operational data feeding financial calculations and forecasting; coordinate with Accounting on period-end close activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent experience considered 5+ years in sales operations, deal desk, or revenue operations in a B2B environment with structured approval workflows and CRM-based operations.
โ€ข Hands-on CRM administration: report building, workflow configuration, data management, and user support.
โ€ข Experience in a public company or audited environment with business controls and audit-ready data practices.
โ€ข Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data normalization, large multi-source datasets).
โ€ข Working knowledge of commercial contracts: pricing tier structures, renewal cycles.
โ€ข Strong data reconciliation skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently.
โ€ข Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate business needs into system requirements.
โ€ข Self-directed and detail-oriented; takes ownership of ambiguous problems and drives work to completion.
โ€ข Quick learner comfortable ramping on medtech/GPO dynamics; domain expertise is not required.
โ€ข Effective cross-functional collaborator (sales, finance, accounting, IT, external partners).
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
โ€ข Opportunities for professional growth and development
โ€ข A dynamic and supportive work environment
โ€ข 401K plan with employer match
โ€ข Major medical insurance
โ€ข Company paid dental and vision insurance
