Overview

This role is critical in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency for the organization. Responsible for optimizing and managing processes related to revenue generation. Analyst will work to integrate business and system requirements to optimize revenue-generating processes on the tech stack and advise stakeholders on suggested solution options. Responsible for proposing and mapping potential solutions using automation, acting as an advisor for building universal solutions across multiple lines of business, working through process improvement activities, and mentoring less-experienced team members.


Responsibilities
  • Acts as the point analyst responsible for medium to large-sized initiatives. Demonstrates comprehension of task, itemization of deliverables, estimation and planning of scope, and updates against delivery.
  • Supports projects and initiatives independently with limited direction or guidance from senior team members and leadership. Proposes solutions to enhance project rollouts. Develops tools for internal use to independently verify launches.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external teams serving as a subject-matter expert and key-contributor on projects, research assignments, and similar.
  • Reviews current processes and develops systems and procedures to improve operating quality, productivity and efficiency of Paychex teams. Evaluates data, including development of concise data summaries, and proposed solutions to affect the policies and practices of the sales organization.
  • Mentors and coaches Revenue Operations Analysts.
  • Stays up to date with technologies within our prescribed technology stack and demonstrates an understanding of key capabilities
  • Participates in the recruiting process to play a role in recruiting top talent into the team
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technology - Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in Lead or Leadership role.
  • 3 years of experience in A Technical troubleshooting or equivalent role.
  • 1 year of experience in Paychex or related industry experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Salesforce or CRM Technology.
  • Salesforce Certification - Preferred

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $78,400-$123,200 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
