Job description

PointCentral is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize the core sales and revenue operations engine. This role focuses on fundamental sales operations, enabling consistent execution across Sales and Service Provider teams by maintaining strong CRM discipline, ensuring data hygiene, and supporting tech-enabled outbound programs that convert demand into pipeline.

The Revenue Operations Manager is an operations-focused role accountable for foundational sales processes, systems, and workflows that remove friction from the sales cycle, while managing an Operations Administrator and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation to operationalize revenue programs, support pricing and proposal processes, and drive continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, tech-savvy, and process-driven individual who enjoys creating order from complexity and building scalable systems that enable revenue growth and sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Sales Operations & Revenue Hygiene (Primary Responsibility)

  • Own and continuously improve day-to-day sales operations, including CRM data hygiene, pipeline integrity, and reporting accuracy.
  • Define, document, and enforce standard sales processes across lead management, opportunity management, handoffs, and forecasting.
  • Manage and mentor the Operations Administrator, ensuring operational tasks, data upkeep, and process execution are completed accurately and on time.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify operational gaps, remove friction, and ensure reps can focus on selling.

Tech-Enabled Outbound & Revenue Programs

  • Design and operate tech-driven outbound programs that activate existing lead and account data into pipeline.
  • Own sequencing, workflows, and automation within sales engagement and AI-powered outreach platforms.
  • Enable Sales with scalable outbound cadences, templates, and workflows rather than performing SDR-level outreach.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and improve programs using performance data and conversion metrics.

Pricing, Packaging, and Proposal Operations

  • Maintain standardized pricing frameworks and packaging that support repeatable selling motions.
  • Own proposal templates, pricing tools, and presentation standards to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Operate lightweight deal desk workflows for non-standard pricing, approvals, and tracking.
  • Ensure pricing and deal data is accurately captured in Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.

Product & Program Launch Operations

  • Coordinate the operational execution of product and service launches, ensuring readiness across Sales, partners, and Implementation.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to translate launches into sales-ready workflows, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure launches are tracked, adopted, and measured through defined operational metrics.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs for revenue programs, outbound effectiveness, and sales process health.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to communicate performance to stakeholders.
  • Use data to recommend and implement improvements to programs, tooling, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Experience owning core sales operations processes and CRM governance.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring operational support roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation.

Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.
