Job description

The Sales Operations Administrator provides critical operational support to the JunkLuggers National Accounts Sales Team. This role helps ensure sales activities run smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating onboarding & Master Service Agreements, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with reporting and customer communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailoriented, and comfortable working independently in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

Description:

  • Provide daytoday administrative support for sales managers and sales representatives.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute sales documents including proposals, quotes, presentations, and contracts.
  • Assist with order processing and followup documentation.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Maintain and update National Accounts standard operating procedures within Operating System, ensuring job templates, pricing, and account configurations are current.
  • Receive and process client COI requests, submit required certificate holder information to company insurance, distribute completed certificates to clients, and maintain records for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM systems.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and key account notes.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales records, pricing information, and customer documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute routine sales reports, dashboards, and summaries.
  • Assist with tracking KPIs such as leads, conversions, revenue, and forecast data.
  • Support sales leadership with adhoc data requests and analysis.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal salesrelated inquiries.
  • Respond to customer requests for information or documentation as needed.
  • Ensure timely followup on open sales and administrative items.

Required:

  • 1–3 years of sales operation/support experience
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Data accuracy and documentation control
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
