Raptive is seeking an inventive, proactive, and curious Sales Marketing Manager to join our industry-leading team, reporting to our Director, Sales Marketing. In this role, you will create innovative, insight-driven proposals that connect advertisers to the 6,000+ high-impact creator and independent publisher brands in our portfolio.
This role is ideal for a marketer with hands-on experience in digital media, sales marketing, creator/influencer marketing, or a related field. someone ready to take ownership of developing strategic, creative pitch materials.
You'll help brands discover new ways to show up across creator-led ecosystems, using cultural relevance, audience insights, and cross-platform solutions to connect advertiser goals with meaningful consumer engagement.

What you'll be doing
Develop insight-rich pitchesTranslate advertiser briefs into strategic, creative proposals that align with brand goals, audience insights, and media objectives.
Position creators as premium media partnersArticulate the value of creator-led storytelling and show how creators can help brands connect with consumers in authentic, scalable ways.
Build strategic partnerships across teamsCollaborate with sales, creative, insights, and product partners to shape compelling narratives, respond to client needs, and support high-impact opportunities across categories and key accounts.
Bring ideas to life through storytellingDevelop and present tailored pitch materials with clear writing, strong visuals, and thoughtful design that help drive advertiser interest and revenue.

The skills and experience you'll bring to the job
  • Professional experience in digital media, sales marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, branded content, creator/influencer marketing, or a related field; BA/BS degree or equivalent welcome
  • Curious, collaborative, and culturally fluent - you love to connect the dots between brand messaging, audience insights, and consumer behavior
  • A natural writer, you communicate with clarity, creativity, and perspective. You understand how words and their presentation complement visuals in a great pitch.
  • Working knowledge of advertiser KPIs, targeting goals, creative needs, and how media partners build solutions against a brief
  • Passion for creators, blogs, videos, newsletters, and influencer content and familiarity with how brands integrate with and sponsor creator-led environments
  • Solution-driven approach to your work with an emphasis on finding, shaping, and articulating strong ideas
  • Resourceful and self-directed, exploring solutions before asking for help and being perceptive about what a project or partner needs to move forward
  • Strong communication instincts - a sense of when to bring an idea forward for input, and how to present your thinking in a way that makes it easy for others to engage
  • Confidence in working across PowerPoint, Google Slides, and AI resources to build standout work
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, taking ownership of next steps, and staying organized under competing deadlines
  • Experience level: Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant experience, inclusive of recent, related internships, ad sales or creator-led media marketing roles.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. The range provided is Raptive's reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn't included in the posted range.
