s Manager manages functions essential to sales force productivity. These include but are not limited to planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization,
sales job design, and sales program implementationThe Sales Manager is responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. The individual is responsible for providing an annual sales plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications to the sales plan.
The position is also responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the sales plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Finance. In accordance with the Senior Director of Sales, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of

    company's planning efforts
  • Works to ensure all sales objectives are achieved in a timely fashion
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives and strategies.
  • Builds peer support and strong internal company relationships with internal and external customers

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales management capacity
  • Proven leadership ability to achieve, influence and develop key objectives with a team approach
  • Must have good understanding of mass markets to drive a growing business
  • Assertive ability to troubleshoot and manage difficult situations
  • Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
