Inside Sales Program Manager
Sales Focus Inc. (SFI)

Location: North Charleston, SC
Full-Time | Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Benefits

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing business-to-busiยญneยญss inside sales and appointmentโ€‘setting programs for SFI clients across multiple industries. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, pipeline development, and client acquisition. The Inside Sales Manager will lead SDR teams responsible for engaging decisionโ€‘makers, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for enterprise and midโ€‘market sales organizations. This individual will oversee daily sales operations, coaching, recruiting, KPI management, and client communications while driving overall program performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage B2B SDR and appointmentโ€‘setting teams across multiple client programs
  • Oversee outbound prospecting initiatives targeting business owners and executiveโ€‘level decisionโ€‘makers
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between SFI and assigned clients
  • Participate in client kickoff meetings, onboarding, and launch planning
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train inside sales representatives and SDRs
  • Develop call strategies, outreach cadences, scripts, and operational playbooks
  • Conduct ongoing coaching, call reviews, and performance management sessions
  • Monitor KPIs including outbound activity, contact rates, appointments set, pipeline creation, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure teams consistently achieve client objectives and monthly performance goals
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to increase performance
  • Deliver weekly reporting, recommendations, and strategic insights to clients and executive leadership
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and program expansion opportunities
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of inside sales management, SDR leadership, or appointmentโ€‘setting management experience
  • Prior experience managing outbound B2B sales development teams required
  • Proven ability to lead teams against KPIs, quotas, and pipeline generation goals
  • Experience in outsourced sales, lead generation, SaaS, technology, staffing, or professional services preferred
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and employee development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problemโ€‘solving skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms
