We are a family-owned company based in Fairbury, IL, and the surrounding market (including Bloomington, Champaign, and Kankakee), looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The right candidate will manage inbound leads with the utmost care while also expanding their networks with builders & property managers to create future relationships. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in sales, with prior experience in the construction industry.

โ€ข Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable.
Qualifications
โ€ข Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
โ€ข Prior experience working in the construction industry is required.
โ€ข High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
โ€ข 3 or more years of experience in sales preferred.
โ€ข Outstanding organizational skills and time management.
