What does a Sales Manager do?

A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets for a company. They often collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with overall business goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Effective Sales Managers possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
