The Opportunity

We're looking for a high-impact Channel Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue through partnerships, and bringing energy to every interaction.

In this role, you'll be the connector between Verve and our channel partners-empowering agents, growing strategic relationships, and helping businesses transform how they communicate.

Requirements

What You'll Do
  • Build, grow, and nurture relationships with agents and referral partners to drive revenue growth  
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners-targeting at least one new relationship every 60 days  
  • Train and enable partners on Verve's solutions, value proposition, and sales processes  
  • Support partners through the full sales cycle-from opportunity to close 
  • Develop proposals and ensure timely, accurate sales documentation  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience 
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy  
  • Own your pipeline and consistently meet (or exceed) revenue goals  
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of channel, telecom, or technology sales experience  
  • Strong background in UCaaS, internet, telephony, or related solutions  
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence partners at all levels 
  • A consultative, relationship-first sales approach 
  • Confidence presenting technical solutions in a simple, compelling way  
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently 
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
