Job description

Innovative FOTO in Salem, NH is looking to hire a Market Analyst - Sales who will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Sales and Field Sales Managers by managing administrative tasks such as but not limited to: reporting analysis to help drive decision making in the field, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Assist the Director of Sales and Field Sales Managers with various task included but not limited to those listed below

•    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

•    Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to support sales strategies

•    Compile data for reporting and KPI’s

•    Research and analysis to identify new market potential for business growth

•    Maintain and update databases of sales research information

•    Assist with Tradeshow research to identify company needs and assist with preparation

•    Provide support in the development of sales materials and presentations

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing, and sales initiatives

•    Other projects as assigned

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

•    Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred

•    1 to 3 years of sales or industry experience preferred

•    Experience with market research preferred

•    Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

•    Exercise judgment, discretion and tact in all business matters and business relationships

•    Strong multitasking, problem solving and organization skills

•    Ability to respond effectively to changing demands

•    Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and customers

•    Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality

•    Willingness to travel within the United States including possible overnight stays 

Physical Demands:

Sitting, standing, walking, and limited lifting or carrying

Safety Requirements:

Responsible for keeping work area neat, become familiar with office emergency procedures and complete online trainings annually
