Job description

We have an open position for an Associate Sales Representative for the LGM - Willow Birch Pharma based in the Boca Raton, FL location. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, cold calling, and identifying new business opportunities to expand LGM - Willow Birch Pharmaโ€™s customer base within the compounding pharmacy market. Position is base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships within the compounding pharmacy market
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-up activities to generate new business opportunities
  • Research prospective customers and identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
  • Open new customer accounts and support onboarding activities
  • Drive territory growth by consistently identifying new revenue opportunities


Account Management & Customer Support

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Support customers with product inquiries, availability, and order-related questions
  • Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate
  • Follow up on quotations, opportunities, and customer activity to drive continued business growth
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Accurately maintain customer, lead, contact, and opportunity information within Salesforce CRM
  • Evaluate and qualify inbound leads
  • Monitor territory activity and identify sales trends and growth opportunities
  • Assist with forecasting activities and customer purchasing trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Operations, Purchasing, and Marketing to support customer needs


Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 1โ€“3 years of sales, business development, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and business development strongly desire
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
  • SAP experience considered an asset
  • Understanding of the compounding pharmacy market highly desirable
  • Pharmacy Technician experience or background considered a strong asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Travel required: up to 6 weeks per year for customer visits, meetings, and trade shows
