Sales Executive Position

Our client, a leading importer, processor, and distributor of Frozen Seafood, is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive. This role offers a comprehensive compensation package including fully employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k Benefits plan, along with travel allowances. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our client's business channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a daily player in both inside & outside sales, reporting to the office daily.
  • Engages in 75-90% prospecting, seeking new business opportunities.
  • Allocates 10-25% of the time working with existing clients on special projects.
  • Collaborates with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy, timely product delivery, and accurate delivery expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of seafood sales experience, specifically to restaurants or retail grocery.
  • Willingness and ability to report to the local office.
  • Proven experience in prospecting new business, particularly with restaurants and retail grocery. Experience with commercial kitchens in corporate business, military, public entities, schools (K-12 and Universities) would be a plus.
