No Sales Experience Required

Our 5-month Sales Executive Training Program is designed to set you up for long-term success.

During your first 3 months, you'll be immersed in our operations team, learning how freight moves from start to finish. You'll work alongside experienced logistics professionals to understand the day-to-day operations, build industry knowledge, and develop the foundation every successful transportation sales professional needs.

During the next 2 months, you'll transition into sales training, where you'll be paired with an experienced Sales Executive who will coach and mentor you through prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and developing your own customer portfolio. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll begin building your own book of business while continuing to receive hands-on support from your mentor and leadership team.

By the end of the program, you'll have a deep understanding of the logistics industry, real sales experience, and the tools needed to succeed in a high-growth sales career.

What You'll Do

  • Complete a structured 3-month operations training program to learn the logistics industry from the ground up.
  • Gain hands-on experience tracking shipments, coordinating freight, communicating with carriers and customers, and solving real-world transportation challenges.
  • Learn freight pricing, capacity management, and carrier relationship development.
  • Transition into a 2-month sales training program focused on prospecting, cold calling, customer acquisition, and sales strategy.
  • Shadow experienced Sales Executives and participate in coaching, role-playing, and live sales activities.
  • Begin building and growing your own book of business while receiving ongoing mentorship.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and transportation solutions.
  • Build the foundation for a rewarding sales career with unlimited commission potential.

What We're Looking For:  

  • HS Diploma or GED required (college degree a plus)
  • Full-time availability, 100% on-site in Raleigh
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Competitive drive - you want to win, and you're not afraid of hard work
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Experience with MS Office 365, Salesforce, or LinkedIn is a plus – but not required! We'll teach you everything you need to know
