DivaDance is a high-energy, confidence-building dance experience designed for adults of all levels. We create a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment where clients can connect, have fun, and feel amazing-no dance experience required.
Position Overview
The Sales & Engagement Associate is the face of the studio experience, responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy environment for every class. This role blends customer service, sales, and content creation to support both client retention and business growth.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and confident in engaging with clients while promoting the DivaDance brand.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Class Hosting
  • Greet and check in clients upon arrival to dance studio
  • Ensure smooth studio flow before, during, and after class
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients

Client Engagement & Retention
  • Build relationships with clients and foster a sense of community
  • Follow up with clients who miss class via text or email
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Sales
  • Promote and sell DivaDance memberships and class packages
  • Educate clients on offerings, pricing, and benefits
  • Confidently communicate value and encourage conversions

Content Creation
  • Capture photo and video footage during classes
  • Create engaging content for DivaDance social media platforms
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards and energy

Class Announcements
