We are hiring a Sales Director in Chicago, IL. The primary focus of this position is to generate sustainable, profitable growth by providing technical support and leadership to the outside sales team and customers.
FCX Performance/Corrosion Fluid Products/an Applied Industrial Technologies company is the premier distributor of highly engineered products and lifecycle services to OEM customers across diverse industrial and process end markets.
As a Sales Director, you will spend your time managing a team of sales reps in a local marketplace. You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization; implementing and managing the sales forecasting.

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $125,000.00-$175,000.00. This includes a base salary between $110,000-$150,000 first year, depending on experience and commission incentive opportunities.
