Lead sales, marketing, and product development teams in healthcare awareness efforts.

Monitor healthcare market trends and recommend solutions to protect and grow market share.

Use post-sale end-use feedback to inform product development.

Participate in key trade events that support growth in the healthcare segment.

Collaborate on sales tools and continuing education programs that strengthen Mannington’s market position.

Deliver an annual healthcare business review to senior management.

Build and maintain relationships with large end users, including healthcare GPOs, at the director and C-suite levels.

Travel with local sales teams to support business development and expand market knowledge.

Maintain working knowledge of all flooring categories offered by Mannington, including LVT, resilient sheet, commercial carpet, rubber, and wall base.

Use Salesforce to forecast and track healthcare business performance.

Assist with negotiation of service agreements in coordination with the RFP team as needed.
