We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Director of Sales to lead our U.S. sales organization focused on the printing and packaging industry, offering innovative lamination and equipment solutions.


This is a newly made position, reporting to the CRO, and it is an exciting opportunity to join a consistently growing organization committed to consultative selling, customer success, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a large, geographically dispersed B2B territorial sales team across the United States.
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Expand business with converters in the printing and packaging industries.
  • Champion a consultative sales approach that delivers value-based solutions to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic  partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure exceptional customer service intended to elevate the customer experience.
  • Coach and mentor sales professionals to maximize performance and professional development.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Facilitate the execution of Unique Solutions by removing obstacles and negotiating with internal partners all devoted to better      serve the customer.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience with larger than 60 million organizations.
  • Experience in printing, packaging, lamination, or industrial equipment sales necessary.
  • Proven record of leading large sales teams (20+) and delivering  significant revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States as needed.
  • Technologically adept and interested in AI, with experience and passion for data driven decisions (Power BI, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, ChatGPT)
