About the Role:
The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the sales operations within the organization by managing and streamlining the sales process from initial inquiry through order fulfillment. This position is responsible for coordinating quotations, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring accurate order entry to support both new business development and existing account management. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams and customers to facilitate trade show participation and follow-up activities, enhancing customer engagement and expanding market presence. The Inside Sales Coordinator ensures that all sales activities are executed efficiently, contributing directly to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role serves as a critical link between the sales department and customers, ensuring seamless communication and process adherence throughout the sales cycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales or sales coordination roles, demonstrating familiarity with sales processes and order management.
- Strong proficiency in preparing sales quotations and proposals.
- Experience with order entry systems and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
