Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our commercial janitorial services by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person visits.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
  • Develop customized janitorial service proposals and present solutions that meet client needs.
  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events to promote company services.
