JOB SUMMARY: As the Sales Development Representative I with LogistiQ, you will play a pivotal role managing and streamlining the sales process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating sales databases, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports for internal analysis. You will coordinate meetings, facilitate communication between sales and cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning), and ensure alignment on proposal requirements. You will also oversee the bid process, from RFP to Executive Summary creation, while managing the order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and working closely with Key Account Managers and Manufacturing teams to coordinate shipments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Maintain and update sales databases, track performance metrics, and generate reports as needed for internal analysis.
  • Provide support with spare part requests by entering them into SyteLine quickly and accurately.
  • Assist with light proposal preparation and documentation.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding or older opportunities to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Maintain and update SyteLine dates and information to ensure accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Development Reps (SDRs) by handling routine administrative and sales support tasks.
  • Ensure timely and reliable communication with customers to improve response times.Other duties as assigned

  • Successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment is pleasant, temperature controlled, professional office environment in a manufacturing setting. The employee works in an office setting but does have frequent interaction with the shop floor. On the shop floor, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is mixed and the air temperature fluctuates with the seasonal weather.
