Inside Sales Representative (Sales Academy)
Calling UPCOMING and NEW GRADUATES! Are you looking to work consistent hours, make good money, and have fun while you're doing it? If so, now is your chance to join J. J. Keller's Sales Academy.
Our Sales Academy is a 4-month program with a progressive curriculum, professional development plan, and balanced practical experience, and was designed for motivated and competitive individuals who are eager to take their sales careers to the next level.
Sales Development Representatives in the Sales Academy will engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting. We are seeking people-focused, energetic, goal-driven, curious, and coachable individuals who have a strong desire to advance in an inside sales career. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted into a direct sales position where you'll have the necessary foundation to take your sales career to the next level.
This role can work 100% remote in the US or on-site at our Corporate Campus in Neenah, WI.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Hunter Mentality: Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach, motivated to exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and clear when presenting solutions.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and strong aptitude to learn new systems.

Work Environment:
  • Work/Life Balance: Adhere to a Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, 40-hour workweek, with no nights or weekends. Enjoy a predictable schedule and organized work routine.
  • Remote or In-Office: If you're near our corporate office in Wisconsin, you can choose to work in the office or from home. For those outside our local area, this role will be entirely remote, performed from your dedicated home office in the U.S.
  • Private Work Environment: It's essential to maintain a distraction-free, private work environment. J. J. Keller will provide the necessary computer equipment for you to fulfill your role.
  • "Camera On" culture: For meetings and internal interaction we utilize MS Teams for video communication.

Benefits & Compensation:
  • Earnings: $54,000 to $55,000 first year, $55,000 to $70,000 post-Academy. (starting at $23.50 per hour base pay + monthly performance incentive)
  • Work/Life Balance: Enjoy a structured 40-hour work week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm CST.
