Kevins Worldwide – Promotional Product Distributor

Kevins Worldwide, a top-ranked promotional product distributor based in Scranton, PA, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced Lead Development Team. As part of a growing division within a Top 100 branding partner, this role blends outbound prospecting with backend CRM and operations support.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Development

  • Make outbound calls to cold and warm prospects to qualify sales opportunities
  • Identify key decision-makers and uncover client needs
  • Set appointments for Account Executives through targeted outreach
  • Launch personalized campaigns using ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and templated emails
  • Collaborate with the Lead Development Manager on strategic campaigns and initiatives

CRM & Operational Support

  • Upload, tag, and route trade show leads using Captello, Excel, HubSpot, and Acumatica
  • Monitor and respond to incoming leads from our website chat and HubSpot
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy—no duplicates or incomplete entries
  • Assign leads and notify the appropriate sales team members
  • Run reports and export data from Acumatica and HubSpot as needed

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year experience in sales development, inside sales, or sales support
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and qualifying leads
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, especially HubSpot
  • Ability to learn systems like Acumatica quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
