What You’ll Do:
  • Drive new client acquisition through targeted prospecting, networking, and consultative selling.
  • Expand existing client relationships by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges within the BioHealth or Transportation sectors and align solutions to address them.
  • Coordinate and assist throughout the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with delivery and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Support deal progression by coordinating NDAs, assisting in authoring SOWs, and ensuring the right internal stakeholders are prepared and engaged in sales meetings
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, researching targets, tracking engagement, and nurturing relationships through meticulous and consistent follow-up.
  • Actively participate in networking events and trade shows to build and expand client relationships.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales, with experience acquiring, closing, or expanding new logos and accounts.
  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to connect at all levels of an organization.
  • Independent and energized by a fast-moving environment.
  • Skilled at building consensus among multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
  • A true team player. Comfortable collaborating across sales, delivery, and project teams to get the right people in the room and keep deals moving.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, RFPs, and vendor evaluation criteria.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • High energy and genuine enthusiasm for in-person networking, conferences and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with Transportation (logistics, safety and compliance, fleet management) and/or Biohealth (laboratory operations, equipment integration, contract research organizations) is a bonus.
