Internship Overview   

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Dealer Team! The Dealer Sales Strategy Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities. 

We're seeking a strategic and analytical intern to help reimagine our dealer sales programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about partner growth, data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and creative program design. You'll explore best-in-class incentive structures across industries, evaluate emerging AI applications, gain a deep understanding of our sales organization and day-to-day business operations, and help shape high-impact recommendations for our 2027 dealer program and broader sales enablement initiatives.

Sales Business Operation System (SBOS) Documentation & Socialization Initiative

  • Assess SBOS effectiveness across all pillars, identify capability gaps, benchmark best practices, and develop recommendations that improve execution consistency, scalability, and business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, AI, and digital tools
  • Develop an understanding of how sales teams operate day-to-day and how SBOS supports business execution across the organization
  • Create SBOS process maps by pillar
  • Develop quick-reference guides and job aids
  • Support SBOS communication and training materials
  • Identify SOP gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Track SOP completion and rollout readiness
  • Analyze organizational workflows, team interactions, and process dependencies to recommend improvements

Sales Enablement Content & Training Development

  • Develop quick-reference guides and job aids
