DatacenterHawk, an industry leader in data center research, seeks an ambitious Senior Business Development Associate (BDA) to join the sales team in our Dallas office. Our research, in combination with the datacenterHawk platform, enables our customers to make better data center real estate decisions.
Job Summary:
The Senior Business Development Associate is responsible for growing new business and nurturing existing relationships. This role conducts independent research to understand various customer personas, lines of business and how they are related to the datacenterHawk product offering.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Independently research and understand various customer personas and lines of business and how they relate to the datacenterHawk product offering
  • Use research to grow new business pipeline by utilizing various forms of communication
  • Create opportunities to connect with prospects
  • Conduct demos to educate prospective clients on the value of datacenterHawk's product offering and to assess an opportunity
  • Communicate the value and return on investment versus the technical functionality of the datacenterHawk platform
  • Manage inbound leads, provide value-add touches, and support senior roles
  • Interact with site traffic via chat
  • Conduct various tasks via Salesforce
  • Serve as an enthusiastic and professional brand ambassador

Qualifications:
