Your mission, roles and responsibilities Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a CBU Controlling Director for its location in Auburn Hills, MI. The CBU Controlling Director is primarily in charge of managing the CBU controlling, Sales Controlling and Acquisition Controlling for the Division, supervising all the related monthly closing, forecast, budget and Strategic plan financial activities.

This position is the garant of the consolidated view per CBU of the past, current and future financial KPI's of the Division, and is the business partner of the CBU's for The Division. The CBU Controlling Director will also take part of any financial role per delegation from the Finance VP. This job will require you to: Ensure all financial related procedures and tools regarding CBU, Acquisition and Sales controlling are implemented and followed: Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures in accordance with Group procedures and policies Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia Finance related procedures, and internal control basics Ensure consistency and standardization of CBU/Sales/Acquisition controlling processes within the BG/division Participate to the definition of IT tools and ERP to improve CBU/Program/R&D controlling Alert and arbitrate in case of discrepancies, or any financial risk / opportunity.

Act as a business partner toward the CBU community, and provide recommendation to the management: Propose, to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis in order to achieve the operational targets (especially regarding program profitability) Supervise with CBU controllers different subjects (RFQA, IBP, Budget & Forecasts) Ensure financial awareness of CBU teams and implications of commercial decisions Supervise Acquisition controllers on RFQA through IBP process and ensure profitability and standards are maintained in coordination with sales directors Analyze and challenge main programs gap to benchmark (BOP costs, Process costs, development costs) Support finance activities of the Division: Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control, per delegation from Finance VP Contribute to the forecast, budget and strategic plan build up for the Division, and insure the consistency RBU & CBU views.
