Sales Manager

Roto-Rooter operates businesses in over 100 company-owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 independent franchise operations, serving approximately 90% of the U.S. population and parts of Canada.
We are looking for an individual who is able to grow and maintain a customer base, has a successful record training others, and a strong customer service focus to join our team as SALES MANAGER at our Jacksonville, FL branch. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager preferably in the service industry that wants to be a key player on a winning team.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business using innovative techniques along with cold calling
  • Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
  • Maintain and expand existing commercial business base
  • Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
  • Coach and develop sales & service team using hands on training methods
  • Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams

Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years prior management experience;
  • Plumbing and sewer and drain knowledge a plus.
